∙ Adjust sprinkler heads for maximum efficiency

∙ Adjust controller timing if requested

∙ Raise and lower heads if necessary, to increase performance and reduce likelihood of damage from vehicles, mowers, etc

July & August

$68/6 zones, $4/zone after

∙ This checkup follows the same procedure as Spring start up

∙ Flow test and gauge water coverage to ensure appropriate water use (sometimes called irrigation audit)

Mid October

$68/6 zones, $4/zone after 

∙ Shut off water to system

∙ Connect air to vacuum breaker or within 3 feet before unit

∙ Drain boiler valve (if equipped)

∙ Inspect all shut off valves and “lockout” system for winter

NOTE: operational test, residential only, cannot be used for Health Dept. Public water testing

∙Inspect internal parts and test device to ensure proper operation

∙ Provide homeowner with test results

By checking the box below and paying for the entire 2025 season, I will receive an initial discount off regular service as outlined above; as well as a 10% discount on materials and labor throughout the duration of the 2025 season.  The total due reflected in this contract does not reflect any additional service or materials that may be required above and beyond the services described above.  By Signing below I agree to permit Ball Creek Irrigation to service my irrigation for the 2025 season.  Ball Creek Irrigation shall not be liable for damages to the property or irrigation system due to circumstances beyond the control of Ball Creek Irrigation and its employees (including but not limited to forces of nature, gardening and landscape work performed by others, etc.).  In the event another irrigation company performs service to the system herein, this contract may become null and void.
